Welcome to Axiom Handpans! By accessing or using our website (axiominstruments.com) and purchasing our instruments, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

 

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed through our official website (www.AxiomInstruments.com), in person at our shop, sesonal event booths, and recognized affiliates.

• Payments are processed securely via credit/debit cards, PayPal, venmo, cash app. We also accept zelle, bank transfer, and crypto.

• Full payment is required before production/shipping unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Custom Orders

• Custom handpans are made to order and require a non-refundable deposit of 15%.

• Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.

• Estimated build times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

​

• We ship worldwide. Shipping costs, carriers, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

• Axiom Handpans is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external factors.

• International buyers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

• Custom orders are non-refundable, if there is a manufacturer defect we will correct it or replace it.

• For standard instruments, returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

 

6. Warranty & Repairs

​

• All Axiom Handpans come with a Lifetime warranty against defects in craftsmanship.

• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

• If your instrument requires tuning or repair, please contact us.

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on www.AxiomInstruments.com, including images, videos, and product descriptions, is the property of Axiom Handpans and may be used with permission only.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

• Axiom Handpans is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Axiom Handpan. Please read our refund and return policy below:

 

1. Returns & Refunds for Standard Instruments

​

• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

• The instrument must be in its original condition, free from damage or alterations.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Upon receiving the instrument and verifying its condition, we will issue a refund (minus shipping and processing fees).

 

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Instruments

• Custom handpans are non-refundable. Once production has begun, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

• If there is a craftsmanship issue, please contact us, and we will work with you on a resolution.

 

3. Damaged or lost in Transit

• If your instrument arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and instrument.

• All instruments are insured for their full value. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and replace your instrument at no cost to you.

 

4. Repairs & Tuning Adjustments

• If your handpan requires tuning or repair, please contact us. Service fees may apply unless covered under warranty.
